SS ... I can overpay 10% each January Plus up to 499 each month without any penalties :D I really liked the idea of oneaccount but (a) reckon rates will go up again in a year or two (b) a bit worried that with money moving everywhere due to matched betting i might get a bit confused with it all (c) this fixed rate seemed really good especially with no fees for joining ;) If for some reaosn they say I cant hav it after all then I will go for the oneaccount, but the rate on the fixed seems too good to ignore;) :D

Cutieteacher has been around all the time, I've just avoided him a bit due to him being married and everything, but we still chat ;)

Thanks for that, no fees sounds very good, most of the fixed terms I've looked at have had some kind of fee - that was another of the attractions of the oneaccount TBH!

Morning all :D I have toothache :o I broke a tooth last week and have made an appointment to fix it (nearest app't is 3 weeks:eek: ) but on thursday I broke another one :o:o and this one still has a nerve in it and it hurts :o I HATE dentists, and don't know if I can last 3 weeks till I get it done, I reckon I may have to insist on an earlier appointment. They're not open till monday anyway so cant do anything till then

Sun is shining here again today, am off to the gym in an hour or so with a friend, then a moneymaking afternoon hopefully. Have a good day all :D

Hiya BenBen, one of your official lurkers here.

Just wanted to say well done on sorting out new mortgage and being down to 13 and a bit years!!!

I am still renting so not sure on mortgages yet, could you repay early at the 4yrs 4mths point or would they charge?

Hi Lilmissup, they would charge me, but as long as I have it in savings that will be fine for me to meet my challenge ;):D and I reckon I'll probably want to move by then and get a bigger mortgage all over again anyway  :D

Evening all :D I haven't achieved a huge amount today but I have had a lovely relaxing day. I went to the gym this morning with my friend then went round for a coffee at hers. I came home and did some housework, went to tesco and spent 40 quid :o then went and got mums pressie, I did a matched bet but only made 49p :o:o not quite sure what the point was but hey its all good practice  :D I have also finally sent off my id email for another bookie, they applied the free bet immediately so I have done the bet and that should settle tomorrow and hopefully make me about £25

I've just been doing some surveys and generally clearing out my inbox, and I found a casino offer from a bookies, basically saying if you bet £10 we'll give you another tenner to match it. So I did and I've just withdrawn £59 :j Yay, I love roulette !!!! :D:D:D
