Thank you hypno for mentioning the squares chart. Sometimes the simple ideas are the best, eh? I've spent a happy hour colouring in what I've already paid off (another technophobe here!) and am raring to go to complete the chart!

You lot are mad......mad I tell you!!!

OO, my total debt includes loans that cannot be overpaid, but they can be redeemed early so when I get to that point in the proceedings I will be paying the £86 a day or equivalent into a separate savings account and then when I have enough to clear the loan I will pay it off in one go.

But because it will be in a separate pot that I cannot touch, it is going to be counted as "paying off debt" if you see what I mean.

I can manipulate my figures all I like if it helps me get where I want to be :rotfl:

Right folks - made Chocolate Fridge Cake last week and have just made weetabix cake - I'm trying sooooooooooooooooo hard to use up store cupboard stuff. Can';t find a recipe for Jaffa Cakes though
