    I used a Weetabix cake recipe from OS board last night it is HORRIBLE.
    Now that could be my cooking.......
    It didn't have any eggs or fat in it, just milk and SR flour was the raising agent. It was supposed to be like a malt loaf/teabread, but its more like a baked sawdust brick. :confused:

    Been off line for a few days - come back and it has taken me all of my allotted MSE time to catchup with hypno's diary! Think will stick to the refrigerator cake and forgo the sawdust brick.....

    Maybe I need squares..... my debt/repayment schedule is reminiscent of a yo-yo....
