Hypno's recession busting debt diary.....

Wow.... that was a good idea to include the kids' skiing in the totals this year, cos its true, you spent huge amounts of money on that. Just think, in a couple of years' time, you'll be able to do that without needing to resort to all the kerfuffle we go through now..... have a good day anyway, even if there's no specific debtbusting going on. I'm still thinking about the per day thing from yesterday...2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Found out this yesterday.
If you have a very large item to sell on e-bay, Parcel2Go works out quite cheap. (Under 25 kg less than 1m in length) at only £6.25 (?). But if it's the first time for you, then go through Quidco for £5 back.
Voila, £1.25 and you can usually charge £10 for courier serviceIt takes 2-4 days, they say they are trying to reduce their Carbon Footprint by doubling up journeys wherever possible.
Ooh, that is good - I still have a parcel for Seaxwyn to post - this looks like a good option for that.......off to investigate further!!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Mines toner cartridges -you still collecting?
I promised you MONTHS ago. But Frosty Knickers at work has been watching my franking habits like a hawk and although my boss has said it was OK with him, it hasn't been worth the argument with herShe complained about them littering the office last week, when there is a perfectly good collection point downstairs......so I did a bit of research* and found how cheap Parcel2Go were.

Mornin'
Well I made my first payment today-on the payment a day-and today is a NSD.
Tomorrow there will be money in my current account (and the JPJ win will arrive sometime between Wednesday and Friday) so it'll be back on the MB horse again. I want to take a couple of trips between now and Christmas and would rather not touch the win to do so -so I'll use it to MB and try and grow it a bit.
Whenever I read your diary I realise I could do better-trouble is I don't have a big enough goal-I think I need one to inspire me.
GCSE results in 9 days-I'm starting to panic a bit as DS has a good place for Alevels if he gets goods grades but I'm still at a bit of a loss if he doesn't Eeeep !I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
Hypno - that's a fantastic amount to pay off daily. I'm a bit mad at you though. All the talk of profiteroles and chocolate brownies and guess where i'm going today (well near it). I do deserve a treat...I do deserve a treat...I do deserve to buy all the profiteroles in M&S...0

If I could pay £78.90 (call it £79) a day I would clear my debts in one year......but I don't think I can overpay the 3 loans......oh well back to the [STRIKE]colouring [/STRIKE] drawing board. Work out the figures APART from those loans.....0

Morning! The Parcel-2-Go thing was on UK Hot Deals a couple of weeks ago - apparently someone there reckons you can get it down to £2.27 - there's a bit of discussion about how to get other discount codes as well:
