Well, I def don't hold on to the kids for their housework skills......although DS is very good at cooking!

So, I suppose it must be because I love them :rotfl:

I will do - they won't send it to me until my 14 day cooling off period has ended, but I thought it would be a good summer holiday challenge for the children to do one week before going back to school! DD can devise a spreadsheet and we can see how much we can improve (and save!).

Can you let me know whether the economy setting on the washing machine saves electric ... just a bit suspicious as mine takes twice as long on the economy setting   ...also that will save me 7.99 as I won't need to buy one just to check then :rotfl:

Then again, it could be an interesting toy :D:D

Of course!! I will let you know!

I have just ordered a £10 M&S voucher from pigsback....it seems like ages since I got a voucher from them!! This will come in handy for Christmas......or when I fancy an outrageously expensive ready meal one day :D

It is a long time since I bought food from M&S.....I know it is not really any better than Tescos finest or whatever but it feels extravagent shopping in M&S food hall, so I may treat us when the voucher arrives........I promise I won't pay overinflated prices for their bread or milk though!! I could do a picnic with smoked salmon pinwheels and profiteroles :D:D:D

We went to a M&S foodstore a couple of weeks ago and there were quite a lot of offers on. The food isn't much different but if you're buying ready meals or the like (as if anyone on this board would do that) I think they are better. Not as good as Waitrose though - we're planning a mega shop there next week while the SAVE15 promo is still running. Got my Tesco NOTW vouchers to use first though!
