    A good day, sportswise in the hypno household........DD won her race this morning, and DS was representing the school in the English Schools' comp and their school won this round, so go through to the final in 3 weeks......so very happy there, then this afternoon DD passed her karate grading this afternoon so now only has one more to do before black belt.......so she is very happy.

    And I just have to provide support, transport, food, and sustenance :rolleyes:
