Morning guys - OH has been paid from his second job today so have managed to settle the "shortfall" in the budget and have £200 left over to put towards the HSBC card - so that card now stands at £2062.75.....getting there. I can colour in 4 squares when I get to work today and I have updated my signature and snowball accordingly. I may be able to pay some more off later today, if things go according to plan, but we shall wait and see.
No mystery shops to do today - but I have done 11 in the last fortnight!!
It is Friday, and we have survived another week......I think that calls for a latte and a small cakeSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Hi Kat when you went to the C.A.T did you see the gas bottles the caters use? Not very alternative.

Ah.... not perfect. I think I'd be inclined to forgive them the lapse, considering what they do, tho. I like the way they do actual research: they don't use batteries any more, for instance - they sell to the National Grid when they have surplus, and buy back when they have a need, so the National Grid *becomes* their batteries. And they've done research on a theory about smooth water flow affecting the growth of plants fed with it (it doesn't seem to) - all sorts of stuff. It sounds like you were there, tho - did you like it on the whole? I have to nail my flag to the mast and say I adored it, but their taste in decoration is definitely questionable.... I'd want a much smoother modern look for any place I lived in.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
