Me too!!!!!!!! I have been trying for ages and the site seems to have gone down. I had been trying to get the deal for my parents and getting them an extra £55 from quidco. Is it worth going via one of the switching sites?

It seems to be getting somewhere for me now, but it doesn't half take a long time!
When you get to the details page and click "Select Address", it is doing something... even though it looks like it isn't!
I'm going for Energy Saver 4. Fingers crossed!!!0 -
Just received confirmation email from energyhelpline, hurrah."To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill" Sun Tzu0

do Eon do all the cancelling of your old supplier then?
Also, my EDF gas bill says I am on the 'Single Fuel Gas IGT Tariff DD' which seems to be Independent Gas Transporter (instead of Transco) or something, says I may incur extra charges etc etc....0 -
Just got myself really confused, checked money supermarket and they are saying Eon is cheapest if I choose capped rates only, but BG is cheapest if I choose all suppliers. BG are seriously cheaper, by hundreds, but I am guessing the info hasnt been updated with the 35% and 9% rises? Help!0

Yes, E.ON should sort things out with your old supplier. I've switched a few times and it takes a while, but you generally don't have to do much. Your old supplier will probably phone you to ask why you left, then try to win you back by offering you a rate cheaper than your current rate with them (a non-capped one, presumably) - but just say you've found the best rate online and you're sticking with it.
   Just got a 404 after spending another 40 minutes trying to sign up to E.ON and also after inputting all of my personal details! *please work, refresh... please*0 -
I've been completely chucked out - not impressed! Why does it feel like I am going to miss out on the sales!
If you are in this situation see if you can save your application - I seem to have been able to do this.0 -

We're with E.on and pay a IGT charge of £42 per year.0 -
I've almost given up with the website now, have been trying for a couple of hours. Wanted to get my £50 through Cashbackkings!0
