evening everyone ......

Well i couldn't sleep last night for the sniggers and snorts .... even told the hairdresser a few today .....

A few weeks ago DD remarked on how fat the pigeons were in the garden, and I said "oh they must all be pregnant " d-oh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and

I once found some baby frogs in my lounge, so I phoned my DH at work to ask whether he had seen the mom and their nest in the garden ............ what a bozo .........

A colleague of mine lives in a top floor flat and she has so many problems with the bloke in the flat below

She constantly says "last night the bloke underneath me..." Just makes us giggle and she doesn't know what we are giggling about!! Sad, I know

Now I know I shouldn't tell you this one but ....


When I first met my DH he was in Fire Service (still is), Years ago after 9.00pm they were allowed to 'stand down' so they'd make their supper etc. One evening, about 11.00pm one of the senior officers came on station and DEMANDED that someone make him a cup of tea - OK fair enough, so the crew had a 'nobbing' session with the tea cup prior to him drinking the contents ................. :eek:

Had to join in to share this one: years ago whilst working for a Frenchman within a French Motor manufacturers, he told me to go down to the workshop and tell them that they needed to try to change a certain part on a car we were having problems with and so I did, and everyone swore and muttered and looked cross.

So I trundled back upstairs and told my boss what had happened, and asked what was so wrong with the request (they were mostly quite a good natured lot down there - especially with us girls:rolleyes:) and he replied, quite straight faced, that it was a "ba***rd of a job - like trying to w**k zee fly with a boxing glove on!"
