£398 PV gone in it was the combined value of the office sale and last nights party. I got some of the free shopping and all the half price so have loads coming my way to show and use for gifts (and maybe a bit for me!). £45 of the £700 but have an order for £143 still to go through I am waiting on the host to tell me the free shopping and any other orders. If I cant get news tonight Im tempted to stick the order through as it is. Its been a week.
Struggling to get party bookings at the moment I have 1 next friday which is just another office and then 5 in a week but nothing then to the end of the week. Think I might do a catalogue drop and look for some xmas sales for a stall.
Really want to get to £1000 in Oct for some extra bonuses then I will have three parties to try to get the £600 to hit the sucess level 3.
Bad luck with the foot party Ditsee sounds as bad as my childrens centre party only order other than sis was £18 :j0 -
Think we've all had some horror stories with low party values but luckily not too many! What drives me mad is when you do the host coaching and they clearly haven't bothered to invite many people or get pre-orders and then they don't quality for anything and I think HA now you know how I feel, wasting my whole evening when I'd rather be at home! Is that wrong?! :rotfl:0

NO I feel the same. My first party was only about £80 as the host was crap...she just wanted to show of her house. My AM keeps telling me to try and re book her but to be honest I can't bare the thought of wasting another evening in her company. If however I was sure to make some money I may reconsider.0

I have a party tonight which the lady has already got £190 sales!!!!:j However it's a party with mainly young girls who I believe are all skint so not sure to PV will be much more than that but hey ho, am hoping I may get a recruit from this one though which would be nice, keeping my fingers crossed anyway. Anyone had a party wit 18-22 years olds, am thinking of concentrating mainly on make-up and perfume and playing lots of games etc? Any tips?
Oh and can anyone tell me how exactly I get my goodies for success start? Do I order them online, I have had a quick look today and there is nothing under success start one when I press search is there a code I should enter?

Hey everyone,
Apologies if this has been covered before but I read as far as page 11 and then skipped to the end!!
I'm thinking of having a go at TBSAH for a bit of extra income, and obviously this would be a good time to start before Xmas. I work shifts (days and nights mixed) and get 3.5 days off a week, but these days change week-to-week and I only get two weekends a month off and obviously when I do get a Friday or Saturday night to myself, I like to keep it that way!!
Do people think this would make it difficult for me to book enough parties? Do people have them in the week? I would have three days when I could do them in the day too - does this happen much?
The website itself doesn't seem to have much information, I guess they want you to sign up and pay your money before they go into the details, but I'm not keen on spending £100 without full information - I am an MSE fan after all. Even the terms and conditions on the website are so small I can't read them!
If there is anyone on here from Leeds (or even Sheffield as that is where I work) I would love to hear from you, and everyone else, do you think I could make a decent profit out of this with my shifts?
Any help much appreciated, and obviously if there's someone in my area and I decide to go for it, I'll gladly be a referral. Thanks!NST September: SFD 17/20, food £62.87/£60, travel £61.55/£40, Outings £39.80/£100, Allotment £7.17/£30 Other: £42.32, Meditation ?/30.

Hi Synonomous Im in Halifax West Yorkshire so not too far from you. I'll send you a pm regarding signing up.
I dont find booking parties that difficult, especially at this time of year. You can also do catalogue drops (like avon) but this method seems to have mixed results. With regards doing them in the day, you could see about going into mother and toddler groups, schools, offices (i know someone who goes in and sells on the staffs lunch hour!) the opportunities are there.
Edited to add, i find that if i book a party for during the week more people turn up prob because people prefer to have fri/sat nights to go out. You can have a party yourself and take the hostess rewards. I have friends up and down the country who i send catalogues to and they email me their orders. This is never less than £100 per order and counts towards your sales.
