Do you think I should try and get my success start extended?!!? I had my training and received my kit 2weeks and 4 days after I paid and signed up! So theres only 4 weeks left to my 6 week period!!!!! I mentionned it to my AM - she dismissed it and said everyone waits that long?!?!?!??
Who do I talk to about this - and what do you reckon my chances will be?!!?!?

in my area the training is done on 2 consecutive tuesdays and you have to have sent off your form before you can do training (we make occasional exceptions but not often) so everyone in our team looses the first week. I think that if you decide to speak to consultant support about it they are unlikely to extend it for you but it may well be worth a try.

What date does it say you started you log onto TBSAH site? It should say next to your name when you look in geneology on personal sales volume.

I would say thats far too long to wait your kit should arrive within 3-5 working days from you signing up. Did the kit come straight to you or your AM? If it came to your AM it maybe that she took too long to give it to you!

I would definately question it there's too much to gain on success start!

Dito question it. I signed up and got my kit 3 dys later delivered to me and i had my first party before i had done any training. (not that we do training as such,. more of a meet up and get prizes lol)

It says on the geneology section 30.09.08!!! I got my kit, which was delivered to my AM on 17.10.08!!!! She lives quite a way from me and that was when she eventually could meet me to give it to me!!!

WelshGirl, why did your AM get the kit delivered to her and not straight to you?

Hi Welshgirl, you won't be able to get your success start extended apparently it's all done by the computer system and can't be extended. I phoned customer care to get mine extended because I was never even told about success start and then when I found out about it it turned out I only had 2 weeks from when I started partying til my success start ended. It's really unfair and had I known I would of signed up a couple of weeks later than when I did. I think it should go from the date we do our first party rather than the date we sign up. xx

Mine did the same...she said I couldn't have it until all my bookings were confirmed and I had booked training. She held onto for a week as I had only booked 5 of my 6 parties (I wasn't allowed to do a home one). I missed out on success start partly because I couldn't get 6 in on time. Its frustrating!!
