Hi everyone,
Just wondering what you all do with your original order forms after the order has been delivered and you know everything's ok? Is there a standard procedure, should we file them or dispose of them or what lol?

Hi Fiona
You must keep them as long as you're a consultant, if you quit you must pass them on to your upline. BUT the slip with card details must be shredded once you've finished with it. I think it feels safer as well, not having loads of people's card details at home!
I don't know what other consultants do, but personally I file orders from each party so that I easily can go back to that specific party and find info if I need to.0 -
We really need to keep them as long as we're a consultant and pass them up if/when we quit? I assumed it was cut off the card bit and keep the rest for a year, maybe 2!0

morning. well i had my second party last night - but she was having a jewelery/clothes thing as well so me being there was a bit of an after thought tag-a-long! was still about £140 tho, so the host was very happy with free shopping and i put her hostess pack on the fireplace till i could get her attention to give it to her, and everyone was admiring it, and was really impressed by it! and i got a party booked, so all good.
elliep - i'm about £20 away from you getting your makeup box!!! x x0 -
Woo! Well done Alli, It sounds like you did a really good job, especially if there was another rep there too. Those type of parties can be really difficult as you have to share the guests attention and also their spending money so you did well.0

At least that's what I've been told. The reason why they should be passed on when you quit is that they can be used as leads, I think.0 -
HI all, my first party in about 33 hours! Not that I'm counting, lol. Can't wait, I know it's going to be a good one, she has 12 confirmed guests at least and some hopeful bookings so I am thinking I may begin to make my money back this month. Really nervous as I don't have a lot to show and haven't really made host packs, I do have a mini wine bottle and box of chocs for anyone who books in the next few weeks! Hoping to get 2 bookings as we need at least 2 new ones by thursday to win something in our area comp.
Looking forwardto putting in my first order as it's for my SIL and I can order all my supply stuff!
