Hi girls

I've been in here almost every day the last couple of weeks, reading all the posts, so I thought it was time to say hello to you all. There are so many good ideas here! And I really envy those of you that have got so many party bookings. I really must start to do something about it now, it should be easy enough this time of year.

Well ladies I did my first party on Friday night and am still buzzing from it, it was fantastic and I can't wait to do my next one now. Orders were just over £470 so my kit has been paid off. I managed to get 2 parties, 1 party in a bag and 1 maybe who I will be checking on this week so I was really pleased.

My next party is not till the 21st now though so have got plenty of time for planning etc and will be taking some catalogues around the doors tomorrow.

A big well done on your first party! Excellent numbers. I have mine next Sunday, can't wait.

Do you mind if I ask a couple of things:

- what theme did you do?
- what was the format of your party?
- did you have any other products than what was in the starter kit as I don't have any Christmas products to show - will it matter?

i have been asked to get hold of a couple of products not in the cataloge for a customer but no idea how to go about this, have tried to contact my manager but think she's on holiday, can anyone help?! x

See if its on the website and then see if the number can be ordered? I was told we could order things not in the catalogue. Other thought is to use the search option on the order.

anyone know whats in the october 2008 all consultant buy in?
i wish there were pics of all thse things as half the time i dont have a clue what i am getting!
i am really wishing i didnt buy the mineral makeup as i have no idea how to use it and so cant push it or demo it! what a waste!

Hi ladies,

As it was my first party I did a bit of a mixed bag and didn't do just one theme, the only things I had extra were my buriti baby collection which I bought for my daughter anyway and the mens maca root collection which I bought with my supply items from allocation. There were about 10 ladies on the evening but my sister the hostess with the mostest lol had £130 of outside orders too. She worked really hard as she set herself the £440 target to get the products she wanted from the catalogue lol.

I used a mixture of the cue cards and the catalogue to prompt me on the night. I did the icebraker using the coconut bodyscrub and the body butter, played a game, had a raffle and made sure I passed round lots of samples.

I also made my own wish lists which I asked the ladies to fill in throughout the party. I told them to write all the things they wanted, liked or wanted to know more about and I spent a little while with each of them at the end of the party telling them how they could get them for free. I told them I would then use their completed wish lists to get an idea of the things I would need to build my kit up etc.

Oh and the full allocation sheet is available on the website under consultant information, stock update, other stock info and click on the winter full assortment list.
