Ordered my kit with the xmas bolt on and just can't wait to get going now. Thank you all for sharing the information in this thread has got me really excited about doing the parties.

Hope everyone is enjoying it and partying hard!!!

  • Hi everyone!

Thought I'd report back on my weekend. Did my pamper evening Friday. No sales but got 2 party bookings and 3 fundraisers organised plus a potential recruit. Made £40 doing hand and foot massages so all in all pretty good night.

Saturday night I had a party with 13 guests and did just over £500 so pleased with that it is my biggest PV to date yey! Plus a recruit signed up yesterday within 24 hours of the party she loved it so much so am chuffed!

Hi to all the new starters you're going to have so much fun and hopefully make a lot of money.

I really think it's worth getting a few bits of the Christmas stuff definitely at least one thing from each of the plum and cranberry range it has been selling really well and you must get some of the sparkly make up. Luckily I went to Conference and got 2 of the glitter eyeliners they are so popular and the cranberry body shimmer is gorgeous as already mentioned. Remember that you can sell these off cheap at a home party or Christmas fayre etc to recoup some of the money you spend on buying these items.

How have people been getting on with the Minerals make up? I just can't seem to sell any of it! Think it puts some people off having to buy the brushes as well. I know there's the collection offer but no one's biting!

    xx
  • Hello

My AM should have put my details in today so I could get the maximum 6 week period. 1stlot of training tomorrow and I havent got a ginuea pig to help practice on. Ill have DD1 for home but shes too young to be out past 11 on a school night.

Just want it all to start now and to get my hands on the kit. I have sorted out all my make up and found some unused cranberry bits thats in old packaging but can use that as a sample and gifts.

Well done on the £500+ sales Bodyshopbabe hope a couple of mine do that. I have worked out that if I can do £1000 for the next three months less fundraiser and other expenses including kit I hope to make a profit of at least £300 for xmas.

Some great tips there, I feel reassured about going for the xmas bolt on now, my manager and another consultant had offered to lend me theirs but thought it best to have my own anyway.

Do you mind me asking you about your pamper evening, sounds like it was a positive experience?

What is your personal opinion of the natural minerals make-up, I havn't seen any of it yet, still awaiting my kit but I was quite excited about it. Do you deffinitely need the brush or is that BS sell, I havn't had any training yet either so would appreciate your views.

Thanks again for great information and sorry to bombard you with all my questions lol.

  • From what Ive learnt you have a success period that lasts six weeks less a day from the day you sign up. My AM waited until today because training is tomorrow and I have to be signed up for that. I now start the six weeks which runs up until Nov 9th. I got my parties booked by last thurs but without training (which for me is over two weeks - finishing the 7th ) I didnt want to do a party yet. So really only have a 4 week period to get my first sales in. I really want to get to level 2 the £1000.

    Does that make sense
