Yea i got an email to say its 50% off and that you can get another 10% if you have a LYB card! i think thats a bit unfair - i wouldn't buy from TBSAH if i could get the same thing cheaper online, and you get free delivery! I have a LYB card i think im better off ordering online than from TBSAH.

Hi all,

well after my fab holiday and xmas I have got a bit lost with everything especially with the new catalogue etc can anyone answer a few questions for me.

firstly when can we order from the new catalogue?

Is the host rewards ie free and half price shopping still ongoing for january parties from just the old catalogue, or not at all.

if people spend over £25 but with mixed items from the old and new catalogue do they still qualify for the pwp?

Hiya girls, blimey i've not been on for a while! How did everyones xmas go?

Just been reading the past few threads and i didn't even realise that the host reward programme was changing I did notice though that there is no host reward table in the new Jan catalogue- Whats going on? Can anyone enlighten me please?

As of feb the host rewards thing will be different. It stays the same for Jan but will change for feb. That's why it's not in the catalogue. You should all have got an A4 poster with the host rewards on it to use in Jan.

The new system has been kept under wraps, all will be explained at the back to work meetings on the 5th/6th/7th depending on your area.

I don't think you can order from the new catalogue until tomorrow (jan 1st) but there have been stock issues with some stuff so check your DSU for release dates of some specific products. The sale products (again check your DSU - its not all the christmas goods) will be available for all of Jan or until they sell out.

I was wondering if the new catalogue has the correct prices or if they also need to be VAT adjusted?

the poster with the host rewards was sent out ages ago and I'm just glad that I'm such a neat freak and paranoid about throwing things away or I'd have chucked it before I found out why I had it. If yours has gone then just keep a Christmas catalogue to use for sale stuff and also for the host table.

I believe that the Jan catalogue is the old VAT prices and therefore still needs adjusting.
