  • Thanks for that Ragz, I've already pinched one logo off google images for my facebook event so I will stick that on!

Also, do the proper invites have envelopes, or do they just get handed out like a business card? Might need to pop to shops and see what size envelopes they have before I print any off!

Synonomous, they are just A5 flyers folded over to A6 size. i shouldnt worry about envelopes unless you are posting them! It is really exciting when you first join, welcome to the gang! x

Don't give up too easily, Jan bookings seem to be hard to come by for me too but if you can keep your RQV above £150 then you can stay registerd as a consultant. Maybe plan to have Jan off and really push for the bookings in Feb?

    Whats RQV?
  • Hello!

Does the host free shopping count towards your party total even though its not commissionable?! x

No it doesn't count although if your host goes over her free amount it is commissionable. The half price shopping doesn't count either I'm afraid.

Becci_62 RQV is Rolling Quarterly Volume. As long as you have taken £150 over a 4 month period you stay registered as a Consultant, if you don't you will be taken off the system.

  • Well now I'm REALLY annoyed!!

My mum was meant to be having my first party for me next Thursday but now she has said she doesn't want to. It seems someone at her work has already had a body shop party and they were handing out the orders today, and she wasn't invited so now she doesn't want to have one! I've spent the afternoon making her invitations too!

I'm really annoyed, if you can't count on your mum to have a party, who can you count on!?! Its made me go a bit wobbly and wonder what if everyone pulls out on me? She also said she told my aunty I was doing this and she said 'Body Shop? Isn't that a bit old-fashioned?' (!) is this what I'm going to be up against, I've never thought it as old-fashioned. Grrr, not happy :(

Hey Ladies, I've just had my first recruit and been with tbsah for 4 years or more on and off!! Was wondering will I now get a small % of her sales, feel really cheeky asking my manager!

Also was thinking about doing a few fairs and fetes coming up to christmas, what is the best way about going about this? Would you just take loads of books and put a display on the table?? That question sounds so stupid when I read it back but never done a fete before and a bit nervous about doing one!!!

    Thanks!! x x

    Can't believe it!
I didn't do a facial or a makeover (don't tell my AM!!!) I just worked thru the catlogue and really looked at loads of products - and recommended other products to people based on what they told me they liked!!!!!!

I've got another party on Thurs - and 1 at a rugby club on friday!!!!!!!!
I've also got 2 people doing party in a bag for me!!

Synonymous........................don't worry about ur mum not having a party - just target other people.....the free shopping is a big hit for people wondering whether to be a host - my friend couldn't believe that she was going to get £60-£80 of free shopping......................an easy incentive for someone to host a party!!!!!
