Hello Guys,
Dont know if Im being really stupid but I am trying to put through an order online and it is not taking off the free shopping , do I need a code. Party was £280 so should be 40 free shopping with this order?
Hellllp, looked in the manual and cant find anything
Any help would be great

Hi,
Sorry to here about your fayre its a real shame.
I had trouble getting party bookings at first but I think its because I wasn't bold enough about getting them. After I finished talking about the products I just say.."I'm taking bookings for parties tonight so see me about dates your missing out if you don't" then I talk to as many people as possible. I had someone spend £118 at a party so I got her to book a party as she obviously loves the products. Also have you got any local slimming clubs? They often take it in turns to hold different parties. I got one booked through a member of a local group. I hope it picks up abit for you and for everyone else that is struggling with party bookings. Oh another thing I have done is...I went into my local Topshop and gave the deputy manager some catalogues and some order forms. I said all orders she gets will have 10% of and she gets the rewards...its worth a try and she seemed quite keen. (I gave the money of as they are only 3 stores away from a body shop so needed to give incentive). I'll let you know if it works.

Claire, have you entered the host with the 'add host' button rather than the customer one? if not then the computer won't be giving her the reward because it won't know she's the host. If you've done that then are you entering it as 'free host reward' from the drop down menu rather than standard order? Hopefully one of those will be your problem because those are easy to fix!

Have you changed the drop down box to free shopping when you enter the item code?

I am really struggling, gggrrr
Right on the bsah site I have gone to ordering, then ive gone to direct to host party order, then I have added the name (its says customers name) I have keyed in all the items the drop down box is not showing any free shopping/host options Driving me crrrazy
Any other ideas?

you need to enter all the customers first then next to the 'add customer' box you will see 'add/edit host'. Click on that and it will tell you the amount of free/half price shopping allowed. Select 'free host reward' (i think) in the drop down box and then type in your GTIN as normal.

is it all one person's order then? If so you want to enter host, then enter the normal shopping under standard order, then when you have reached the threshold it will tell you that you've earned free shopping, then you can change the drop down box to 'free host reward' and enter the things she wants free.
Alternitively you can enter the customer(s) who are paying normally then enter a host by clicking the 'add host' button and it should automatically allow her to have her free shopping (order under the 'free host reward' thing to claim it.

Thankyou all for your help, I managed to sort the order out and it was because I hadnt added a host, so all sorted, hopefully it can only get easier now. :j
