I do the same, no credit cards i mean. I just mentioned it as an idea because i know that most people have credit cards.
Well done for getting all your parties sorted, sounds like you're going to be up and running really soon. What is managers training? is it different from the training you do in the first couple of weeks anyway?
Yes, it's training to become a manager. One of the managers in my area is being promoted, another is then taking her place and I am in the pipeline to take over hers.0 -
ooh, that's exciting. to have those kind of plans and expectations before you even start!0

Does anyone have any tips to get bookings? I'm trying to get my first 6 booked between sept 2nd and 30th but people don't seem to be keen on commiting to a ate. I have one booked in and 4 more that say they want a party but won't give me a date.
As they are my first parties and I'm asking friends to do them I don't want to push too hard, these are my friends and although they want to support me it's not their responsibility to get my new venture up and running.0 -
Just make sure that they know all about their free shopping and that it's great for xmas pressies etc. Also give them an incentive to book, another freebie or something?0

so ive said if she can get enough orders for me by then i will still honour her free shopping. Might as well. Well done Vicki on the voucher and make up box! Ive given my manager 3 leads and nothing has come of them, am giving her another lead tonight so hopefully that will be my make up box.

Evening Ladies,
How is everyone, those that are going are you looking forward to conference, 1 week and 3 days to go! woop! And those who arent going im sure you'll hear all about it from managers and at your reginal meeting in sept/oct if your going to that.
You'll notice our crowd thats coming down from scotland....we have scotland t-shirts and scotland cowboy hats! lol.
Anyway ladies, well done to those that have been getting there parties to kick start them as consultants.
And well done to those who have managed to get a recruit already! wow!
And dont be down heartened mon if you dont have a recruit yet after you've handed in leads, they say its 10 no's to 1 yes so keep handing those leads in.
Iv only managed a few recruits myself and i finally became a senior consultant last month. woo go me!
Anyway, iv no parties booked for sept so desperatly trying to get some, keep your fingers crossed for me ladies. :rotfl:
And remember we are about to enter our peak selling season so get ready to think how your gonna spend all the extra cash! lol,0 -

I am in the process of signing up to be a consultant with BSAH and wondered if it is more profitable to go down the corporate route and try to get businesses to buy gifts for staff/visitors/customers or whether to plug away trying to get parties?
I am also thinking about trying to get into social clubs for womens nights etc Has anyone done this and did they have much success.
I would be grateful for any other ideas where I could get bulk sales from potential customers. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0
