Am making my moussaka at the moment, so that should be done within the first HHC I hope.

Am feeling shaky though, so had best find some food to munch on.

    Hee hee

Despite the roasting weather LR clean - didn't do windows because sun is blazing in and they will smear but they were cleaned recently so...
but did spot another cobweb on coving - got up there with a duster and realised every spider in Derbyshire has been abseiling in my lounge. All abseiling ropes now removed!:p
Hob nobs cooling in kitchen - made by me because DD has been taken to Aunties by grandparents and will stay there 2 nights. DS will eat 'em - though I have had one because I made them with 'some' sweetener - guessed quantity (ie looked if it looked like 8oz sugar it would have to do as it weighs so light) and tasted fine so there we go!
Hall clean - now to put washing away and hoover stairs and landing then will get on with extras. Washer ready to switch on later. Beds made.
Oh charity bag ready to go too -
    Feeling good flyladies:T

    First HHC here we go - 2 - 2.30
    See you later

Moussaka made and just about to go into the oven. Pretty good guess that it'd take the whole half hour. That did include evening off the chocolate cake in the fridge though to ease my shakes. :)

Must try to work out what I'll have for lunch now as I need something more substantial. Silly me, I forgot to buy anything for my lunches now I'm off, so may dig out the potato bread and have that hot-buttered.

Well done Valli - you seem to be doing well. You wouldn't have caught me getting rid of spiders - that's OH's job!

**Wanders in with a bit of a headache** too much drinking, loud music and not enough sleep.

Just about to do the LR so that's worked well, Mam did some of my kitchen when we were out last night which has helped a bit, apart from it'll take me weeks to find everything.

**Wanders back out towards the garden to get the laundry in**
One day I might be more organised...........

How's the drawer-clearing going julie? You'll feel great when it's all done. The trouble I have, is that a lot of the clutter and mess around my flat is OH's and he is the only one who can sort it out.

Interestingly I haven't seen a spider - that's why the cobwebs were such a surprise. No OH to shift 'em anyway.
So I'll catch up with you all in half an hour;)

    Welcome amandaj32 and valli

and passes parrots for lilme :D

    I have so far
    • walked doogie and kids to the park (even tho kids now 16 and 9 :rotfl: )
    • 3 loads washing done, line dried and in, folded and ready to go away
    • Wazzed some of the blackcurrants in the juicer and have made jam ..........
    • but have created havoc in the kitchen in the process. Looks like a cross between an abbatoir and the ribena advert and OH has gone to the allotment to pick more
    • Kids have managed to flood the garden by chucking BIG buckets of water over each other so were banned from the house (as in locked out :p ) until dry.
    • Now both are in their rooms attempting to tidy as DD HAS to have it clean every day between now and the Eurodisney trip 23rd Aug and DS wants his BIG bed up now
Now I'm supposed to be taking DD to the pool for the inflatable fun session  everywhere is a mess and no time to do anything
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!
