Been at a client's all day so nothing done yet. OH (Valli OH = other half) went away yesterday and will be away for 4 weeks so I need to follow the lists and do as much paid work as I can before the money runs out.

Will make a start tonight as living room is always tidy so quite easy but hall most definitely isn't. Should really mow the lawns but still too hot.
Don't put it down, put it away - thanks Valli

Thank you to all who post competitions & help the smooth running of the comps board

    Evening everyone.

Im back from my awayday and Im shattered. Been up to a place called Berwick which some who live there think its in Scotland and some that think its in England. Very misty all day so no sunshine but I did enjoy it. Came back down by the coast and the bus went to all the little villages.

Just a quick tidy tonight and flying will be resumed tomorrow.

    Hi to all our newbies.

ssl Will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Soappie Hope you have enjoyed your day off.

    Afternoon all

Hugs to all those with hangovers - I had one on Sunday so know how you feel

Valli - our leader will add another list of jobs for tomorrow to the front page later this evening, she will very kindly post to say tomorrow's list is up. The good flyladies will follow it and the slackers (like me) might glance at it have good intentions and that is about it.

Justamum well done your DD on coming 4th, hope you managed to entertain yourself

I did not fly in the end. Knocked up a quick batch of scones to take to cricket and that was it - been out for 6 hours. Cricket/park and my sister just lives 10 minutes from there so we popped to her house for a cuppa.

DS1 did really well and got a wicket maiden over (that is he bowled 6 balls gave away no runs on any of them and one of the batsmen was caught out) so that was great for his confidence.

cooking tea and then I need to water the garden and do some ironing later. DS3 has been really good all day today which is lovely.
