Sorry Little Orange didn't mean to leave you out of the welcomes earlier. Best of luck with your 20 mins. Seams like you are doing well for a flybaby as we call them.

Air the duvet -how do I do this?
15 minutes floordrobe clearance - floordrobe?

I dangle the duvet over the washing line for a bit or just flop it over a door just to get some air to both sides.. I like putting it on the line best so it smells like clean sheets!

floordrobe.. the wardrobe on the floor where you keep your clothes when you go up and dump them anywhere but in the cupboard where they are supposed to be!

Pigpen - I think we'll be easter too if i'm realistic. Even if I start working in September i'll have to take it slowly to begin with and we still need a fortune to pay for the roof. I've toyed with the idea of getting another job until I can go back to my business but with childcare it's just not worth it. Oh well, 14 days till my holidays and 34 days until I can work again!!! xx

:rotfl: Well done Pigpen!!!! I noticed yesterday that your debt was going down but forgot to mention it.

What is this with Mudders and Piggers? Are we going all 1940's??

    I better go to asda

Thankyou! That makes sense, mine are usually on the bed, on the radiator, or hanging off the back off the door - I cleared 10 items from behind the door yesterday and now have just 2 bathrobes and our night clothes. Will tackle the rest after lunch.
Housework only gets noticed when it's not done.
My fake plants died because I did not pretend to water them.
Can never keep up with the thread - otherwise I'll never get anything done! But hugs to All :grouphug:

(and I believe because of my age at starting to pay it I only have to pay til 60) But like Piggers, I did notice a massive rise in interest............but I will hold out as I still owe on things with higher interest rate.

    quote]

OOh RMC - how do you find out if you stop paying at 60? (I was a late loan taker, too)

Incidentally, Martin said on Jeremy Vine that the interest rate on this will drop back again, because they change it once a year.

(If any MSE staff are reading this - could you confirm please?)

And bear in mind that if it's rate of inflation it's effectively no interest - the loans are designed to pay back to SLC the equivalent of what you have borrowed - but it doesn't FEEL like it, I know!:p

I hang mine over banisters on landing - and that's how I get new covers on too - I'm too short to lift them up much!;)

I say Mudders if you are going all 1940s better wear a hat and gloves as per Celia Johnson in Brief Encounter! Jolly good, what!
