Oh - right - erm - I don't clean kids rooms - that's their job. Might vacuum them occasionally. Changed bedding Friday because that's the day I always do it so...Wednesday Wishes- those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
Level One
Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc
Make an appointment for some ME-time.. hairdressers? manicure? night out with friends? .. whatever just do it!
Level Two
Vacuum the floor
Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
Strip beds, turn and vacuum mattresses!! and replace with fresh linen .. check if duvets need freshening up too!!
Level Three
Clean 2 windows
Sort through a cupboard/chest of drawers and get the clothes out which are no longer wearable, too small or out of season!
Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors
Extra Task List
Find 5 things to ebay/freecycle
Wipe the radiators, skirtings and window & door frames!
HHI
Mid week fling!! grab a binbag and fill it with stuff to leave the house.. rubbish or charity shop or to donate to a friend!
I will do my (very messy) bedroom too.
I did a (big) charity bag which was picked up this morning so I can't do that.
Haven't got a spare room either!:pDon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Done that - thanks ssl. I have subscribed to that thread too. Been to Morrisons - got a bottle for 75p.
My beautifully clean (yes I've looked again...and again...) under sink cupboard will look even better when I've used up all the other stuff and just have that in!
(Might keep some scouring cream in for the loo though...and trainers...and I do like bleach;) )Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

tyadog - welcome and well done on your achievements today
Mudbath - OMG I couldnt have done it, not even with my background, not to myself, I sat here going  just reading about it :rotfl: . I can understand you doing it tho as when it does that it starts to throb and really hurt. One brave flyer there :A
Nicki - sounds like you had a positive day at the bank.
and pigpen - the kids rooms are ALWAYS fridays, its bad enough this week not knowing what day it is as not at work but at least I knew when it was Friday :rotfl:
DD and I have done something else from the list tonight, we did the film and popcorn following a microwave TV dinner as there was just the 2 of us.
Catch you all tomorrow bright and early I hope so sleep tight :shhh:Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
Time for beddybyes for me too I feel.
Night night everyone, and enjoy the rest of your evenings. Have been having a lot of nightmares about school since I've left, so hoping I have a peaceful dream tonight.

Right I'm going to check the stardrops thread - and the other ones I like to drop in on - I am a VERY good diverter of a topic!!!! And then I'm going to log off, switch washer on to come on overnight on cheap rate and arrange pick up time for daughter - subject to M1 being clear!
You've all done very well:T - though am particularly impressed with Michelle getting all that done and the DIY surgery, Mudbath.
Hope fingers, dogs etc are better tomorrow.
Mind you I still have to sort out bank account. Oops.
G'night all.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Blimey you lot have nattered a lot today.
Mudbath - hope the finger feels better soon.
Well I haven't done a lot the last couple of days. Went to the opticians yesterday and managed to spend £125 pounds on a new pair of glasses:eek: . I haven't had any new ones for over 2 years and I do wear them all the time. There I can justify spending that much.
Have taken the kids to the country park today so they haven't made any mess in the house.
Tomorrow I need to pay cheques into the bank, do food shopping and fill the car up with diesel.
I will do some flying on Thursday I promise.0 -

Kaz i hope you've had a better day today than yesterday.
:rotfl: at Ragz Ds and the pine cone. I wouldn't worry they all like doing strange things with their bits.
Tia well done .
hex my Ds2 who is 2 and a half also doesn't like pooing in the potty or toilet. He won't go all day then as soon as i put his night time nappy on he poos:rolleyes: , he will then usually do another one later on in the night in his nappy so i have to go and sniff before i go to bed:mad: . Then every moprning he will have a dirty nappy. I'm using the same amount of nappies as i was before he was potty trained. At the moment i'm getting him to go o the toilet or potty for a poo just before he has his nappy on. It seems to be working . I'm not sure why he does it though. I'm not sure what else to suggest.
Hugs to Mudbath i hope your finger is feeling better.
Right i have 3 pages to still catch up on so i'm going to watch BB then i will be back.0
