    Hello all!
I'm declaring £293.37 for August, which is under budget. I'd like to go for £250 for September. Hopefully I can come in well under as DH was made redundant and hasn't managed to get a new job yet. :(

I will declare my total at £173.59, a whopping £1.41 under budget:o Better than nothing i suppose! I will start my new budget on sunday as thats when i shop and all the food will be for September. Aiming to shave £5 off the budget this month, have a pretty well stocked freezer, but the flour stock is looking a little low.

Just spent £2.80 in Mr A on 2 tubs of florabuttery (£1.34 saving) and 2 pts Mr A's own milk. Normally buy Cravendale but there was no semi-skimmed. Was going to get more cheese but remembered I had some Wensleydale in the fridge and that will have to do. Will declare August GC on Sunday as that's my last day for August Probably won't do my first big shop until Tuesday or Wednesday.

Astonished - well done on your planning, have a great day Saturday and I hope the sun shines
Mrs I - hope your oh gets a new job soon.

Just £1.30 on bread yesterday so will add that. I know I am over but I'm still limping along until 31st. Think we have everything in for the weekend except milk and some more fruit and veg but will need to buy packed lunch stuff on Sunday for next week and take it out of September's total. Aaaahhh the exciting life I lead
