The figures above come from a source I have no way of verifying yet. So I wouldn't place any credence in them for now.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

It was crazy that they were using figures from 2008/09, which was partly a period of deflation .. especially as food, utilitiy and transport (inc petrol) prices has sky rocketed in the last year .. and of course not forgetting the VAT increase this month.
Maybe so but they have to have some system, and stick to it each year to maintain consistancy.
That is why we always stress that each person should but down what they actually spend not just what the guidelines are, remember that the guidelines are there for the benefit of the examiner not the bankruptHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

The new form 6.27 which is linked in the first post in RED seems to go to a form 6.7
When I read the form it appears to be for someone petitioning someone elses bankruptcy, not for petitioning your own?
Is this a mistake or is it the correct new form?0 -

If you go BR can they take furniture/tv etc from your home. I appreciate if your car is of any value they can take that, but i just wondered if they could take from the family home.
