So im knee deep £15000 in various credit. i pay £34p/m to cccs which will take me till i retire to pay off. prices in life rise almost daily and looking at my credit score defaults everywhere which last for 6 years i might as well just chuck in the towel. i recently short settled an account that was defaulting on credit report. but theres no way of repairing damage done i feel. is it best to save up and seek courts help or contiune to repay.
im no good with paper work and dont have 2 years worth of documents for the OR whats the minium i need to get through the courts/OR?
cccs have advised to look at bankruptcy but i struggled on.0 -
If CCCS have recommended BR then that is usually the best course of action as they don't do it lightly.
Any paper work that you don't have and the OR wants then they can get it.
If I were you I would ring CCCS again and have a chat to them about BR and get some more info.
We can help and support you through the process and answer most questions. Just start a new thread on the board with your queries.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
