Business born, Business grow and eventually closed for some reason. Closing a business because of bankruptcy is the most painful of all. I can relate to this kind of experience because of my in-laws. But the most important is how you deal with it and stand again to pick up the pieces and start a new. Being optimistic is very important. Turning those negative into positive to motivate yourself to stand and look for a brighter horizon.0

How about some info on court fee remissions? At least a quarter of people who come in with their bankruptcy packs all done get turned away because their remission is wrong or incomplete.0

            Hi there
my very first post on here, have been reading through as much info as i can but its obviously a minefield.
A quick question, what is meant by 'court remissions'?
Im researching as much as i can as i now feel Bankruptcy is my only option as i have entered a voluntary liquidation for the company an now fighting the PG's with the bank which in realistic terms will take a lifetime to pay off so i think a fresh start is inevitable
 Many thanks Phil0

Part of the fee you have to pay is one for the court costs/fee. £180.
