:T:Tright been having a pep talk from Kizzy and going to play it mega cool next week as much as it is going to kill me and then I will not look like pathetic moo to him and he will see I am moving on,tonight I feel like I am but who knows what tomorrow might bring.
Oh yes going a round about journey dropping son off at my dads by train a 4 minute if that goodbye and train back home:rolleyes::rotfl:all in all about 4 hours ,oh well at least he is getting brought back by car on Sunday and I have day to myself:T

Good girl SFH, do not ask him how he is - remember - you don't care!
Do not phone him
If he phones be polite, but to the point, don't engage in any conversation except arrangements for DS & answer any questions re DS.
Don't volunteer any info.
Don't tell him where you've been or with who. Though it's good for him to know you've been out.
Do not ask about or mention the sl*t
Don't sound upset.
Don't text him.

Can't think of any more at the moment, but I'm telling you now, it's going to be hard, but as KM has said if you feel like phoning texting etc, come on here or ring me & we'll sort you out!:p
I know what it's like I say, I won't phone, I won't phone & blow if i don't, well that hasn't worked, so now plan B, well actually plan Z !! as all other plans have failed.
Hopefully without us bugging them or looking as though we need them, they may realise what they are missing - may not help, but we can't say we didn't try. If it gets the results we want then a few days of missing them & feeling sad will be worth it.
