You won't believe it but kids still awke they just won't go to sleep, I've had 2 glasses of wine & some tablets as I have a headache from crying.
No-one can believe he's treating me like this, I can't, I just keep saying to myself, I can't believe it over & over.
He says he still loves me & cares for me & to be honest that is just as bad as him being horrible to me.
I just want to die, I'm so unhappy

No, Kizzy. NO! Don't even think this, you have to go back to directing this anger at him. Honestly, though Kizzy, you can't let him treat you like this and then play happy families tomorrow. He either has to do some serious grovelling in the meantime, or you should take the kids on your own. He should be the one excluded because he's the one acting like an !!!!! He shouldn't be the dad who gets to do all the fun stuff.

Kizzy, Everytime you appear to be picking yourself up, he knocks you back down(probably deliberately). The best form of defense, (for him) is attack. It may be worth you keeping a diary to look back over to see the pattern. He's seen you going out without him , having your hair done etc, then the nasty comments start again.

I've got to go, I've told him this is the last time we are going away as a "family" I'm sure he will be really nice to me. I told him, one coment directed at me or any bad behaviour, moaning or nastiness & I will leave him there & he can find his own way home.
He did say if I gave him 20k I could have the house & he'd pay the mortgage until they left further education, thing is I thought that wasn't too bad a deal, but the mortgage is 20 years, so I'd still have some left at the end of that time, so not such a hot deal + where the hell am I going to get 20k?
I asked him to move & live with her rather than live nearby, it would be so much easier, I don't think he liked that idea, when he gets nasty he starts saying that he'll just pay half the mortgage & I'll need to go to the CSA etc.
I just say, OK we'll get the house reposessed & we'll live in a council flat if that's what you want for us, you'll get nothing too, soon shuts him up.
I can't believe I have loved this person with all my heart for so long & have had 3 babies with him, what kind of idiot am I?

Come on kizzy, he's not worth thinking that, no one is! you've a long life ahead of you and as time moves on you'll be delighted you're not sharing ti with him!! (seriously!) the fact that he can behave like this says everything about him and not you.

Best thing is a good night's sleep and a fresh outlook tomorrow. as for how you look, we all look crap after a good cry, good to get it out of your system. And don't think you're weak cause he's reduced you to tears, it's completely normal to feel upset when all this is happening.Be kind to yourself!
