Curry Queen, there's an Indian restaurant in Covent Garden (havent eaten there for about 2 years) that does a yummy "chef's special" dry curry with pomegranate seeds. Can't think what the meat is - might be duck...
Oops - I suppose that means I'll have to eat there again sometime soon to work out what's in itOperation Get in Shape

I think duck would probably work very well with pomegranate actually  ... thanks!
... and yes, you must go eat there again and report back what is in the recipe"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

I am sure many readers were previously as unaware of the nutritional value of Pomegrates as I was. I will edit my previous posts to enable other readers to see where the conclusions posted arose from so,they can distinguish what may appear comment or advice from proven fact.
It appears some people haven't read the board rules they refer to which specifically says This board is a discussion of all issues surrounding health, diet, nutrition and how they relate to MoneySaving. In order to make an informed decision the reader needs to be fully aware of the factual basis for any claims relating to that item. Hopefully those who have removed posts will replace them when they have understood the subtle difference between the words advice and information. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

I love pomegranates and have been spending £1.35 each  for the last few weeks on them.
Hubby went to Mr T's last night and got 15 yellow stickered ones for 10p each :T but what on earth am i going to do with 15 of them? I usually only eat one or two a week and need to use these up before they start to turn yucky and sour.
I really have no idea where to start or even whether to use them in sweet or savoury dishes!
Any ideas oh godly ones?

I had a lovely dish in India last year. Cubes of potato cooked with what tasted like cumin, coriander seeds, turmeric, onion, mixed in with a generous handful or pomegranate seeds at the end. Lovely. Made spuds into a luxury item!Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

I'm sure I've had a cocktail recipe including these at some point. I'll have a root around, and you could google in the meantime
I can't think of a better way to enjoy them!
