When flying from Gatwick I always use the Ifield Court Hotel. They charge £75 for a room which includes a full breakfast and 14 days free parking. Also it is a very friendly hotel.
I recently left my car with them for 4 weeks and 2 days. The additional parking cost me £56. They operate a free airport service to drop you off and pick you up when you return.

HEATHROW, last year used Great Westerns-Master Robert. This gives you one night accomodation before travel plus up to 15 days parking. You need taxi to airport which they arrange plus pick up on return. Not necessarily the cheapest but it gave us the chance to see a London show, sleep overnight (after a sherbert or two) and start our holiday refreshed and on the airport doorstep. Staff were curtious, friendly and helpful.
