seems to of been many problems with the irons doesnt there just on here i wonder if theres many not on here who have had problems !

As far as I am aware your points only get wiped off when they are over a year old.

yes it does take a few days to appear usually just before dispatcj.

yes this is correct last year i was on tier 4 and a golden key and since then not had any invites so have lost all points and down to teir 1 again :mad: i did lose my key to but i e mailed them and said how could i have used it as i had no invites, got a reply saying yes i see you havn't had much oportunity so we will give you your key back

i was invited last wed and my tracking number has not appeared yet either so i guess this is correct :j

Thanks for taking the time to let me know that IF anything does go wrong with my iron that I can get it repaired. Was worried after other posting.

Does anyone know how regularly new trials are on?? I signed up and got offered the iron straight away, but I declined as I don't iron (just fold straight from the line and any creases left tend to fall out when the clothes warm up to body temperature!) and I didn't think I could fulfil the duties of telling people about it properly because of this. I kind of wish I had a brand new spanking iron for a bargain price, but hey ho! I hope me declining meant someone else got offered it instead!

Any idea when something new will be on to trial roughly??

Just letting you know, re my ongoing saga ... *L* ... Bzz have got back to me to say they are getting in touch with their contact at Philips to ask them to intervene re getting my iron replaced or repaired.

They couldn't believe that the people at Philips denied knowledge of the campaign!!! Or that they said I would probably have to pay to have it repaired and for the postage!

Anyway, they said they will let me know as soon as they hear anything ... fingers crossed!

Unfortunately it could be a matter of weeks but then again it could be months.
Sorry for not being helpful but a lot of us went from summer last year until early this year before getting a trial.

not sure i can ask here?
my ironing board gets soaked when using the iron
it is a normal metal board with a few holes in it
covered with normal cover
i put the iron on table next to board
im not sure i will keep using it as i like to put clothes straight away and couldnt

i had to stop after 15 mins as was pointless
if i have to buy a new board its not a cheap
piece of kit?

help please
