    I got the invite and accepted - abit worried about no one being here to accept delivery. If they don't tell me when they are coming then no one will be here. DHL leave a card for you to re-arrange don't they???

  • DHL didn't leave a card, when they left mine with a neighbour (one I had only ever spoken to before to complain about her cats pooping in mu kids play area!) Thankfully she brought it over for me otherwise I would have known it had been delivered.

    DHL did leave me a card saying they had left it with my next door neighbour so the method must vary from driver to driver.

    Good question, where have the gone? I know i was quite high up the list the last time i looked.

    Thought this might be of interest to some of you. I asked them where we stood if something went wrong with our irons. Here is the reply:

    Thanks for your email. If you ever have an issue with your Philips Steam Generator not working properly, it may be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement. You can reach the Philips Consumer Support line at 0845 601 0354. They are running this campaign, so if you happen to have an issue with your Iron and the person on the other line says you need a receipt it may be because they are not familiar with this particular campaign. There shouldn't be any issues with getting a replacement, however. If you do have an issue and you call and they won't send a replacement, you can contact us at 0800-622-6045 to look into it further. Thanks!

  • Signed up a few weeks ago but not had an offer to try anything yet which is dissapointing. reckon it is because I am too old and poor, How ever I would love to try gadgets for firms, esp. a robotic carpet sweeper, think there is any chance of that?

    I also dropped down and sent an email to ask why? The reply I had

    Thanks for your email. Actually, we have a complete overhaul of the system planned for next week, so sit tight until then and you will get an email when the upgrade has taken place!

    I know in my case some of the previous campains have dropped off (They were over a year ago) But I still thought my score was incorrect. Will wait till next week after the upgrade and see what happens :)

    My package has incorrectly been sent back to the sender - DHL admit they were at fault but there's nothing they can do about it :(

    I mailed Jono yesterday about it but I've not had a reply yet. I'm gutted and I really hope it can be resent rather than refunded :(
