My mum got invited to trial the pressurised steam iron last Thursday and today DHL tried to deliver it whilst she was out. This is despite there still being no tracking number on her BzzAgent campaign page when she logs in!

When mine was delivered, the tracking number appeared the day before it arrived. So watch out, if you are expecting one it might just turn up out of the blue without necessarily a tracking number being advised.

Same thing happened to me, come home to a card from DHL saying tried to deliver. lucky enough i can arrange to work from home today to receive it but a bit more warning would have been nice. not a good first impression of the trail. looking forward to unpacking my iron and having a go. I think i am going to loan it out to my friends for a few days at a time so i can get lots of good reports otherwise how can you bzz it properly to anyone

You might get a friend who likes the iron so much she values it more than friendship ...

Bzz suggested to me that I should hold an ironing party and get everyone to bring their ironing round so they could have a go!

Can you imagine the steam and condensation filling the house, and the ironing getting progressively more haphazard once the wine has been flowing for a while!

I don't know about the steam - I just can't imagine my friends ever accepting an invitation to bring their ironing to a party!!!!

For the person that wondered how much it was costing to run this iron I monitored it for 45 mins on high temp and it cost 7p of leccie for me. Not bad at all.
I should compare it to my old standard steam iron but I can't bear to drag it out after using my lovely new one. I'll bite the bullet and do it within the next couple of days.
