Never did recieve my Bzz Kit , I emailed to ask why and was told Fed X had tried to deliver on the 10th Dec . and had left a card for me to arrange another delivery. They also gave me the tracking no. They have never replied to my reply telling them I was in all that day and indeed a card was never left . I also sent them a copy of the tracking , the parcel was indeed out for delivery to a Gentleman in Edinburgh !!!! . I am in the south .

I think it is funny that Bzz told people that had not received their kits sent on the 7th Dec that they had no vouchers left to replace the lost kits and yet then sent out further 2 x £10 vouchers to others??! :(

i got all my vouchers back in december, can't give the two pound vouchers to anyone, nobody wants them as shell is at least 7-8p more expensive a litre than everybody else
  • I have used up all my money off vouchers to pay for my fuel in full. The assistant didn't care and as long as the owner of the petrol station can claim the money back from Shell I don't supposed he's bothered either. I don't usually buy my fuel from Shell so they have got some extra custom.

It all depends, most of us waited a year between trials last year and then 3 came along at once.

After all the hassle some of us went to to get the £10 vouchers, i can't belive people are selling them on Ebay! And for some bizzare reason, people have bid over £10 for a £10 voucher
You don't think thats where the missing vouchers went??

I expect there are some who just use BZZ for what they can get...lots of the things end up on ebay....remember the irons....

I must admit that I have been tempted to ask the sellers a question about their items along the lines of " I am interested in your voucher but would really like to know if perhaps you have any toothpaste for sale..?." or perhaps "once Ihave bought your item will you be using my feedback in a BZZ report?"....

Has anyone else in Northern Ireland had trouble finding a shell garage ?!

I used the search/station locator on the shell website before signing up for the campaign it gave me 1 in city and another 7 in my county, I did a 23 mile round trip last night, not one of them is a shell garage !

I've contact bzz but suppose will have to wait a while for a reply, just wondered if anyone had found one or had similar problem?
