Received a further £20 of vouchers today as Jono promised for the inconvenience caused by our local fuel station refusing the originals. Wait to see now if they accept these.0

It seems to me that the problem over the acceptance or not of the vouchers very much depends which garage or franchise you use...I and the people I gave the £2.00 vouchers to had no problem in exchanging them ...but today ive gone to use the £20 of shell gift vouchers and had perhaps one of the worst customer experiences I can remember ...culminating in the cashier swearing at me! needless to say I am waiting for the manager to return my call and in the meantime have logged a complaint with shell customer service.
The customer service department say I will be responded to within 48 hrs.
I must say they have treated my complaint graciously but I have to say I wonder why they have spent money on this campaign when they really should be addressing basic staff training in the vouchers etc that can be used as payment....shell may well have a good product but im afraid after today Iwont be using them again...with free vouchers or without....frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Hi BzzAgent destresserai- We're very sorry to hear that you're so disappointed by Shell V Power. Did you have some kind of incident at the station that has you so upset- or did you notice some kind of problem with your car? You didn't tell us anything about what happened to make you feel so strongly, so we can't address your problems. We are sorry for inconvenience, and we hope you'll have better luck with your next campaign. Thanks for Bzzing!
As this is far from being a satisfactory response from Bzz I have now formally lodged a complaint direct with Shell Customer Services and will wait and see what transpires. I am just so angry that I paid a premium amount for a fuel that I would not usually consider buying!wins so far:- absolutely nothing, not even an arguement:mad:0 -
i just had an email re the sacia campaign and managed to sign up okay0

i'm not getting any emails and want to know how i get in on campaigns like sacla. i log in with my facebook id but cannot find anywhere to add my proper email address. when i click on my profile tab there is nowhere to add my details yet the site asks me to complete my profile. is it bad site layout or am i missing the obvious?Wins: 2008: £606.10 2009: £806.24 2010: £713.47 2011: 328.320

Looks like i got lucky using mine then!. I must admit in my reports i did say i and others had not noticed any difference in performance in the fuel, and that i would not pay the extra pence per litre for something i dont notice a difference!2016 Money challenge - £2900 -
I was rather anxious about using any of my Shell vouchers after what I read here, but decided yesterday that I couldn't let them go to waste so headed over to the Shell garage quite late, hoping it would be quiet and I wouldn't be ritually humiliated in front of an audience.
I filled the car, not a huge engine, so about £40, and paid with my 2 x £10 and 8 x £2 and the rest in cash. The sales assistant sighed, and had me write my reg number on the vouchers, but took them all, no problems thank goodness.
Stress levels through the roof, but £36 saved
Lets hope that there is less drama with Sacia! Does anyone know what is in the 'kit'?
