Hurrah - got mine today - I have given out loads of vouchers to friends so is a nice treat for me - Hubs has already decided to use one voucher in the car and other for motorbike so should be a good review!

I got my vouchers, but tried 2 shell stations and they would not accept the voucher saying they were fake?! Not very fair as they are real and other seem to be fine. Do I contact shell or Bzz to complain/query?

Did you speak to either of the garage managers? I received the same vouchers and these are the very same vouchers which Shell issues when you have collected enough points on your Shell fuel card on regular daily use. The garage surely must have received many of these before hand from regular shell users. Challenge it with the garage owner/manager and if it fails then contact Shell with the garage details. So can you use all the £2.00 vouchers on 1 transaction?, i thought it was only 1 voucher at a time

Yes. You have to fill up with a minimum of 20l and can only use a maximum of £50.00 in vouchers.

Been to 2 Shell Petrol Stations this morning to use the 2 x £10 gift vouchers and neither would accept them saying that they had never been told how to enter them onto the till. Had to pay cash for my V-Power at the second one as I was nearly out of fuel. Anyone else had this problem?
