Did you speak to either of the garage managers? I received the same vouchers and these are the very same vouchers which Shell issues when you have collected enough points on your Shell fuel card on regular daily use. The garage surely must have received many of these before hand from regular shell users. Challenge it with the garage owner/manager and if it fails then contact Shell with the garage details. Hope this helps.
Thanks! Tried another one today and they took it no problems! Cant beat it! Thanks for advice

Been to 2 Shell Petrol Stations this morning to use the 2 x £10 gift vouchers and neither would accept them saying that they had never been told how to enter them onto the till. Had to pay cash for my V-Power at the second one as I was nearly out of fuel. Anyone else had this problem?

    please see below

I've just returned from local shell with £30 worth of fuel paid by the £2 vouchers (15 of them)....chuffed. Bzzagent is going to receive an elaborated review from me.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Well after a few disappointing bzz campaigns from Bzzagents, I'm very pleased to say that I too received the 2 x £10 vouchers for shell, I gave them to my hubby as he does 100 miles round trip a day , he does have a diesel but still fuel can be expensive , he used the vouchers at the Shell on the Thanet Way, which I have to add was 8 miles out of his way(it was the closest one) but they did accept the vouchers with no problems whatsoever, So now we will see if it really is more efficient to fill up at shell!;)

After receiving my apology letter and vouchers I'm off to Shell this afternoon to see if I can use up the remainder of my £2 ones first having given to friends/family over xmas.

I'm going to fill my car right up so will easily exceed the minimum 20l.

Will let you know how I get on :)

Just to clarify. To use the £2 vouchers, you need to fill up your car.

However, can you use the £10 vouchers at any time? So I can put £10 in my car and use 1 voucher?
Been comping for a while....still no luck though

Yes you can. I had some petrol left in my car and only needed to add another £10's worth to make it to where I needed to go. I wasn't sure about whether or not you can mix fuels so I used one of the vouchers on normal unleaded and they accepted it straight away. (I know it was a bit cheeky!) I then waited until I had ran out of petrol completely before using the other voucher to buy V Power

After all the hassle some of us went to to get the £10 vouchers, i can't belive people are selling them on Ebay! And for some bizzare reason, people have bid over £10 for a £10 voucher
