I think even if he did, it would be of the throwing toys out of the pram type tantrum rather than anything to be worried about. Now you have made this step (well done:j ) don't respond to anything from now on. Can you ask the police to tell him you will be keeping a record of any contact from now on. I strongly suspect you won't be hearing from him again, mummy won't countenance it.

dont feel very empowered, more like pathetic that he wouldnt listen to me so then I had to call them

Just got off the phone with the mine manager blokey and I'm starting at 6am on Monday Finally I have an answer!

Sounds like I'm going in at the deep end as he said it's been a bad week and seeing as a good week at that mine is terrible I'm a wee bit nervous....
