:rotfl: I know what you mean, wouldn't recommend my male colleagues to anyone either:D You never know though, you might start to see one of them in a different light, or the man who hands out the horrid shoes might be just your type, or you might meet someone in the next lane.:D Better get the lip gloss out just in case;)

Lip gloss? What's that? Make-up?! Never worn make-up at all.

Astonishingly, my colleagues are all married. Just as everyone I went to Uni with is married  (while I've not even had a boyfriend before). It's crap. Life's crap. I don't even think they'll let me wear my trainers to bowling and that is the crappiest of crap!

Still, 3 days off coming up so I can wallow in the crapness of my life.

Had a really bad week this past week or so - can you tell? :p

Hi BGB - sorry it's been a crap week for you, try to remain positive & I'm sending you some positive vibes.

Have walked for 3 hours this morning, discovered places I never knew existed & wish I still didnt :( My feet ache & if anyone suggested bowling to me i would probably cry ;)

good day all, I like bowling but i normally go with my family who sometimes refrain from taking the mick on how i chuck the ball, been a leftie i really do look cack handed.

After the hangover I feel on top of the world, don't know why, after feeling so down about losing my friend it's a bit of a surprise, thanks Lula for remembering, you always say the right thing, at least you've done the walking now, the weight will be dropping off you with that amount of walking.

Crap is my word of the week! (I'm sure it was never on Sesame Street or anything like that though!)

Still, today is the start of a new week and I've got 3 days off so all good so far! Managed to avoid bumping into the nasty postman who hit me with a snowball a few weeks back (causing me to fall on the ice, drop my phone, and end up in casualty - going home on crutches and with a lovely bruise where painkillers had been given!)
Managed to bare my bum at everyone in the A & E team too with those lovely bum-barer gowns they give you. Could've died when the nurse said, "Just go to the loo over there" and I realised I had to get off the gurney in full view of everyone in the X-ray waiting area with my backside full on display!

    Humiliation complete!

Oooh I'm a leftie too , maybe that's why I suck at bowling  Dont mind the game - quite happy to laugh at myself in front of others  ...it's just the shoe bit I hate :o

Hmm, thanks for the encouragement, I mean it has to work doesnt it  . I woke up this moring wondering how i could get out of doing the walk... then remembered, it's my job now, I have no choice  to be honest I no longer care about the money - am quite happy to be skint, so i'm just in it for the exercise.

Did come across a rather lovely man today... he was playing with his staffie in the garden & she jumped at me & he ran over to apologise. Wasnt worried in the slightest & beamed "hello gorgeous" (at him from under my sunglasses) while stroking the dog :D . It was all I could do not to roll over & let him tickle my tummy too, thankfully remembered that mine isnt all smooth & shiny like the dogs :rotfl: .

Must go update my quest so back later I expect ....

    love to all

    Hi everyone

hope everyone is well. i have a lot of reading to catch up on in this thread as i havent been about recently.

had a week off so was chilling and spending time with friends and family.

Was my birthday at the weekend and was away to a another party which was fab didnt spend as much as i thought i would :D

dont like being 35 its tiring lol.

back at work today :( madness is the word makes me wonder if it was worth it having time off

the housing association im with is replacing boiler, heaters and gas fire so my house is going to be a building site next week :( though i havent decided if they are getting in  main reason being i heard from some ones house that got done they will only sort the flooring if its carpetted if its wooden flooring then they wont sort it its up to the tennant as allegedly they prefer their houses to have carpets but as i see it it pay them rent and i should decorate how i wish again though i didnt lay this flooring it was there when i moved in. so iv emailed them with my questions and if i do have to pay someone to fix their mess then they aint getting my keys to get in.

    ah rant over
 sometimes my debt panics me..... EVEN after 4 years or so.

I will be free in less than three years with a trust deed - my only option as debt management was taking too long :(

Hi BGB, sorry you are having such a crappy time at the moment, it does appear to come in cycles sometimes. You need to start thinking along the lines of I have not met the right person yet, rather than everyone else is married, think positively:D Do not waste those 3 days wallowing, try to do something fun and interesting with your time off, days off work are not to be wasted, they don't come along very often!
