Obviously if I put up a picture of myself the thread would be inundated with young single women so I'm keeping it exclusive :cool:The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. think TDQ probably right - one way or the other.
Am now feeling most anxious
Hmm, might try to do something at the weekend then, hope TDQ is not right about no one reading the thread, would feel veryabout that. We did get a few new posters in the last couple of days though, so someone must be looking:D The essential problem with this thread is that it is about being single so as soon as that problem is solved people don't need to post anymore
Thankfully we have at least one BAV:D Might demand it as a requirement in first post of new thread:D * exempts self and fetches wine*Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -

Don't be silly, loads of people read this! It's almost constantly on the front page too! It's very hard for new people to break into an established group which is probably why most new people post aonce or twice then just lurk...The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. We do feel like an established group don't we? Which is good in one way because everyone is fab, but I would be most upset if anyone was lurking and felt they couldn't join in when they needed help or support, because that's why I set it up in the first place, because being single and in debt is a very specific problem and can be quite lonely for both reasons and if you don't want to discuss it with other people (I certainly don't) this is a good place to start. Might use that in the opening post actually.Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
Sarah
- there are loads of single peeps on this forum & I could name a few who are male & dont post here.
You may be right about feeling scared about breaking into an established group ... but some people may just see it as an alternative to reality tv ; you dont want to do it yourself, but it's great to watch :rotfl:0 -

Hi everyone,
I have been reading this thread since it started, although only registered to post in January this year. I can't believe how many singletons there are amoungst the DFW community.
I am 30 (31 in June) I've been single for 2 years and have recently become debt free. I found it difficult while in debt to date as I was always scared I wasn't going to able to afford a night out and when I knew I had a night out planned I had to save for it.
I have been registered on a free dating site for just under 2 years (joined 2 months after relationship broke down) have met only 3 guys face to face and although 1 is now a great friend, of the other 2, the first did nothing but make me feel uncomfotable and the other was lovely but I couldn't see us as more than a friend.
I'm hoping now I'm debt free that I may not be man free to boot! However knowing my luck with guys Mr Right will be hiding from me!!
