Yeh I'm in Oz, have been here since September and planning on staying til August. Unfortunately my job has been awful and I'm waiting for new accomodation to be sorted for me so I can move to a coal mine south of Sydney and actually get something out of this trip!

Oz is lovely though, you should deffo try and come out here when you're debt free.

I'm a mining engineer taking a year out of uni to work in oz and get some industry experience. So far I've done sod all so I'm moving.

What do you do at college?

Just doing my highers at the moment, hopefully going to do social work next year, don't think I'll get in though but fingers crossed!!

Yeh, a couple of [ages back Lula asked me why I do it and the asnwer is something like "big machines... get to play with explosives"

Highers? Are you in Scotland? I'm totally out of touch with the education system, it confuses me so much!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so angry right now! Apparently the estate agents and my finance department are arguing so the lease won't be ready til late next week if at all. I've just got an email from the new company asking me to get into a motel asap so I can start work but this means another round of authorisations and paperwork through my finance department!!! I can't get hold of my manager and now I've got a dippy cow from the HR department telling me to book it myself when I'm not allowed to!!!

If you never hear from me again it's because I've gone mental and run amok with a stapler.

:money:I just read this entire thread from the start and enjoyed every part of it. I think even some of the contracting comments allow for everyone to look at different approaches. I can take things away from all views and hopefully use that to better myself.
