Well done on passing the course, sadly am too far away to be guinea pig as well, would be happy to oblige otherwise! Are you thinking of a change of career?

Am looking forward to detox thingy, might start on friday as can cope with one day feeling rubbish at work if I know I have the rest of the week to lie in bed feeling poorly and sorry for myself.:rolleyes: Just need a little kick start to get the weight loss going:D

I've been really good today and cleared out my wardrobe and shoes, found a few things to ebay, some things for charity shop and quite a few to throw out!

Well done :A I'm still culling my wardobe & have a huge bag of stuff to get rid of too - very satisfying

Haha a glory hole is what you dump into... if you're a miner. It's basically a big hopper that feeds into a crusher which takes the rock/ore out of the pit. I do love the ambiguity of that quote though

Yay on quitting smoking :j :j I'm so glad I never took up smoking, I'm so rubbish with willpower that I'd never be able to give up and I have so many terrible habits already.....

And that is really MSE / DFW as well ... are you going to save up your cash from it for something special as a reward??

I wasn't going to but now you mention it... if I put away $12 every 2 days then I'll save $42 a week or $168 a month... that could go towards my "fashion fund" so I can stop dressing like a hobo

Indeed Hobo look not most attractive to ladies....

I am now left in office holding fort as half my colleagues are on a course, some on leave and others out on appointments and then the few remaining have now all gone out for lunch together....aargh! I'm going to have to wait for them to return before I can have my lunch break...quite possibly I will faint from hunger and they will find me slumped on floor tangled up in my telephone cord......

Hiya Detox mailed over...you ll be fine with it.. i felt like i had a light headache for the first day / day and a half but since then i honestly feel better than i have in years!

Nails are just something i used to have and now could nt afford so decided if i could do my own and maybe do others for a bit of pin money.. will see..

thanks for saying about new guy.. he is from newark so bit of a trek but he seems lovely so far!

Thanks for email, have just had a look through, shall go shopping later so I can start on friday and will busy myself later seeing what is safe to leave in the cupboard and what needs eating now:D *hopes there is cake in the cupboard* Don't know how I am going to manage without cheese or coffee for 10 days :eek: but I will give it a go.
