    Not a single estate agent within 20miles of my new job has a single furnished flat/unit/house.

    I've been emailing a family about their granny flat which comes furnished but they've stopped replying to my emails and I can't get through on the phone.

    If I don't find somewhere soon I can't start my new job!

    Thanks so much for the replies :) Been trying to think how to accessorize my new dress now .. thinking may drag out the FMBs for my dinner with SC on Wednesday! :)

    Slayerx - err not sure how to put this but .... born again as in taking a sabbatical rather than not having ventured there yet ;) but nice thought, hmmm that would have saved me sooo much hassle over the years :rolleyes:

    Sorry my brain is totally fried today, I'm being a proper muppet!

    I'm very familiar with FMB's now you mention it.... brings back good memories of a half italian model who needed a hand taking a pair off... :cool: ;)
