God, it was a strange one last night. Forbidden Man keeps getting more and more forbidden. Which makes me like him all the more. My friend is not happy because he gives me all his attention and not her anymore.

I can understand her frustration, but she takes it all out on me and not at all on him. I will be a patient, calm and understanding friend though. For now...

Possible updates from me after the weekend!

    What's new with you Susu?

Do what's best for you RMR - I know it sounds harsh on your friend but tough - life's to short - you're only here once & all that, so you might as well make the most of it :D

RMR - I agree with Inky and you are right to keep being patient with her. Hopefully this will pass soon!!

I had to have some jabs for a forthcoming trip and now one of them is really annoying me.. it is now a red, hard lump on my arm and I'm hoping this means it is working!!!! Aaargh!!

I got a new top for my night out on Saturday and paid full price...I swear it almost physically hurt not to have a voucher or an offer or a sale.....

It now turns out my friends husband is tagging along and this could prove very interesting as half the group going out are gay and we were planning on hitting a few gay bars in Soho for some dancing.......he has been warned though!!!

Sarah - I agree a winter coat is a real investment and £50 is a very good price. I bought my years ago and it is still in good condition and so warm and very much worth it.
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

You haven't been on for a few days - everything ok ?

I love the way you always have your "own" definition of what can & can't be included in the £100 clothes challenge
We'll wait & see what Lula's response is
I've been wandering around (indoors) wearing my boots - very nice.

Hi, I'm fine thankyou, just been doing some overtime (to compensate for the spending :D ) so a bit tired, plus was at the dentist yesterday which was awful:eek: and cost £350:eek:.

Glad you love your boots;) I think you may be right about using my own definitions, for example, I do not own a pair of jeans, but I have dicovered that using codes and Quidco I can get 2x £15 pairs for £19 and free delivery. I think they will be perfect "accessories" for my new shoes:D And if I use my £10 lottery win it will be £9 for 2 pairs.:j Lula, if you are reading, I won't do it, I am just saying I have discovered it ;)

~Am most intrigued...are you able to reveal the source of this?? Which shop is this??

For those venturing overseas or perhaps hopeful for the Summer, Boots has discontinued sunscreen selling unbelievably cheaply. For example I got a factor 30 kids spray 200ml for 82p and a factor 25 lotion 200ml for 75p and two of those squashy handbags packs for 50p each. They have lots of different kinds (kids, sensitive, aftersun etc) and lots of SPF's!

I'm all about cost per wear!!!! I normally justify pretty much anything on that basis.....

And I'm not too bad with the clothes shopping but every so often I 'have' to have something new as 'nothing' in my wardrobe works.

I just bought a new top for this weekend as I have a new necklace and I needed a new top to go with it. Believe me, I would have been expelled by Lula ages ago...
