Oh dear. I shouldn't have encouraged him should I? I'm surprised anyone found it offensive. Thought it was just mildly raucous humour.

Thank you
I thought I was all alone here for a while... poor ickle Rob
Sorry TDQO - I was up for chatting/flirting tips for the girl near the kitchen, but I got sidetracked by a phone call from the Complicated Man. Now, I don't want you all to go accusing me of dropping my friends for a new bloke, but he'd had a proper chat with his missus to discuss her moving out, maintenance payments, access arrangements and all that, and he just wanted to update me.
How's it going with the beaming gal anyway? Any progress? Or is it not worth pursuing (do you have to move away for your new job?)
Oh, and I don't understand why your siggy's been deleted either'Twas funny!!

Possibly. I assumed it was the jocular bit about about woman problems etc. Might have been the link though.0 -
Hello all. Glad you all sound like things are going well.
Susu - persevere with Complicated Man. He sounds like a good 'un. Even if you have to wait for a bit for him to get his life sorted.
TDQO - knock 'em dead on friday. And I'm jealous of your wine/cheese/chocolate weekend. They're three of my favourite things in the world.
Mags - one phone call a day aint too bad considering what you were getting before!
As for me, well I'm seeing Forbidden Man tonight. Albeit in a large group of people, but I'm still excitedAlso, he asked me out for this weekend. Sadly, I'm busy but it's a step in the right direction... :j

Hey All
Seems like quite a bit has been happening.
Looking forward to the update on your new job TDQO - hope friday goes well!
My flatmate paid his share of the gas bill and the other paid his share of tv licence - both in cash so now have £150 in cash in the house.....which always feels more exciting than having in bank account!!!
I'm a bit peeved as had social plans this week to see films and eat with cheap offers and both cancelled due to weather....at least spending less and more time decluttering and generally tidying up!!
I've got a big day/night out on Saturday night. For ages have managed to keep two sets of friends apart. Then they sat together at my birthday lunch and the next thing I heard was them trading 'hilarious' stories about me....
They got on really well so I've arranged a Saturday out ... which could get messy based on previous history - after my birthday I had to leave work early due to my horrendous hangover and one of my friends took 2 1/2 hrs to get home..mostly due to travelling back and forth on the Northern line tube. Lets just say I don't think her husband is too happy about our weekend plans...I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0 -
OK so we have Forbidden Man and Complicated Man on this board so far...who is next...I'm hoping I get Fabulously Wealthy Man :rotfl:I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
