As for me, well I'm seeing Forbidden Man tonight. Albeit in a large group of people, but I'm still excited :D Also, he asked me out for this weekend. Sadly, I'm busy but it's a step in the right direction... :j

Hey, it's good that you're busy - much better than giving the impression that you're at home every weekend waiting to be asked out! Also... it'll make him wonder what you're up to!

I'm sure he'll ask you out again - specially as I'm sure that right now, as I type, you're flirting outrageously with him :rotfl:

Update required upon your return... :D

I had to laugh when I first saw the label "Complicated man" but I suppose it's a heck of a lot better than "Simple man" ;)

Ello ello, what have we here then? A deleted signature? Surely a crime against humanity.... I don't know why it was deleted, probably because of the link to my blog rather than the comment, only a complete tool would find that offensive. It did take them a good couple of months to notice it though... I have a few ideas for quotes to replace it but not sure if I'd get in trouble for them too...

Good news on the complicated/forbidden men front, my "beaming girl" is a no-go as a) I'm moving over 200km for this new job and b) I'm pretty sure she's had/got a thing going with an annoying twit (not my first choice of words) in my office. We shall see.

Makeup: my friends delight in rolling out embarrassing stories from 4-5yrs ago everytime they meet anyone new and they wonder why I don't introduce my girlfriends!

    Morning All,
It's snowing again, here's hoping they'll let us go home early, but there's more chance of hell freezing over than that happening.

Any mans a step in the right direction, especially if he's a good one.

There's quite a few embarrassing stories about me, which is why my friends and family are kept apart when there's drink, i don't need to relive it all.

Hi all. Brrrr! Am freezing! icon8.gif Love the snow though:D

My last 2 pairs of shoes arrived, they are lovely:D Unfortunately a little bit big as had to go half a size up as didn't have my size, but will get some inserts and all will be well. Also bought a winter coat- which I am not declaring on the £100 thread as a) a coat is not clothes;) and b) I have been promising myself a winter coat for the last 3 years, but something else always comes up. Anyway, I had promised myself before Christmas I would definitely get one this year if I saw a nice one in the sales, it was £50, reduced from £100, and should last a few years. Here endeth the spending for a while, I hope:o

Have had an overtime payment and still have to pay most of my coins in, so there shouldn't be much damage to my finances. Also collected my £10 lottery win, entered some comps, had an nsd, 2x £2 for my pot and received £2.50:D from Quidco. :j

Hope everyone is well and warm icon7.gif

I love the way you always have your "own" definition of what can & can't be included in the £100 clothes challenge
We'll wait & see what Lula's response is

TBH, right now I'd settle for Unattached Man!! I seem to have an uncanny nack of attracting marrieds or those in a relationship!! I still want to know why they stay in the relationship if they're looking elsewhere!!!

Eriberri - that's 'cos to leave the relationship they're in involved, means making a decision & most blokes don't do decisions, they expect someone else to do it for them, then they have someone to blame when it doesn't work out how they hoped

God, it was a strange one last night. Forbidden Man keeps getting more and more forbidden. Which makes me like him all the more. My friend is not happy because he gives me all his attention and not her anymore.

I can understand her frustration, but she takes it all out on me and not at all on him. I will be a patient, calm and understanding friend though. For now...

Possible updates from me after the weekend!
