He was actually really suprised when he heard that people found him intimidating - he's usually a bit of a gentle giant but I just don't like being embarrassed especially when my confidence is not great anyway. Thankfully I'm not the only person who's had it before, so we have a bit of a laugh about it and move on. I guess I'm more sensitive than most when it comes to criticism.Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0

is there not a primark near to you TDQO
nope... there is a petition to build one though! The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha

you aren't sensitive you are normal NO ONE likes being shouted at, and there is no way one adult should be so rude to another adult.

Bathgatebuyer... That sucks about your boss but it could be worse! My boss keeps praising a report I wrote back in November and tellng me how great it was yet I know for a fact that I put in maybe 35% effort and if I'd handed it in at uni I'd be lucky to get that much for it! It's making me incredibly paranoid that they're taking the !!!! out of me, either that or the entire office are morons... (quite likely!)The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. The problem I always have is that I don't have the confidence when it comes to other people (hence the whole being single thing). I was great at Uni and love all the things I can do on my own like studying, writing music, painting, etc, etc.................but, when it comes to dealing with other people I always just say, "Oh ok" and never really force things. The ability to just get on with things myself is what I really like and where I can be really good at things, but when I have to deal with other people I find that really difficult. I hate having to rely on other people to get my job done - much easier to do things yourself.
Oh my God! I've just realised I'm a control freak!!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -

i totally agree with this
i sometimes ask myself why i work with the public iv been reduced to near tears when being shouted at by a patient but what stopped me was the fact that i refused to let her see she was upsetting me i was called everything and she going to the papers etc etc (which she didnt)
she was nice when she got what she wanted and ripped me apart at the same time she just couldnt understand that a medical secretary cannot give out medication. sometimes my debt panics me..... EVEN after 4 years or so.
