I'm about to clear my wardrobe of the things that are no longer worn because they are too big which you would think would be good but now I'm taking ages trying to decide what to wear in the morning... lucky I had a similar wardrobe to Sarah's!

    hilarious skint, truly hilarious :rotfl:

sarah - i'm with you on the diet thing. Have just noticed that skint has lost a whole 11 lbs - well done that's fantastic :A . I meanwhile have managed to lose 8lbs ( as in 4lbs on 2 separate occasions  ) & gain another 6lbs so still only lost 2lbs  .

Hmmm maybe more sex & less chocolate will work better than the other way round .

Sounds a nice evening to me!

My friend waltzed in earlier and scared the life out of me (door wasn't locked and she just shouted hello as she came in) so I had to turn the comp off and make her a cuppa - guess which page I was on though...
New mantra - I don't need anything so I'm not buying anything! (I want one though!):o

I'm having a showbiz party! I'm having a right old laff with the cast of Run Fat Boy Run

I'm actually saving myself for New Year when I'll be at a very chichi, exclusive place in Cheshire.

Go and visit someone with that bug that gives you the Eartha Kitts and give them a big snog!! That should see a few lbs lost in a week! :rotfl:

I really do need to do something this year (she says again:rolleyes: ) I know that when I get to about half a stone and it becomes noticable, that spurs me on. It's the beginning that's so difficult, depriving yourself of things, losing 1-2lb, not being able to see a difference, thinking "sod it, where's the biscuit tin," putting it all back on again. I need a big kick up the ****, might just tell myself am on a diet for January only, to lessen the shock to my system, and see what happens after that, hopefully I will have lost at least 7lb and will want to carry on.
