    Ah...

Big hugs to you then :grouphug:

I'm a Man U fan (I'm from Manchester, not one of those cockney reds!) so I've got a real soft spot for Roy Keane, and therefore Sunderland. Really hoped they'd get a result today - they need to turn it around. There's always next week, eh?

We've got our derby tomorrow, and after losing 6 points to city last season we need a result. Will be watching on my pooter with my fingers crossed!

  • I really fancy some of that cheese you were talking about - being soooo good on this diet though.

There was Wensleydale with Cranberry, White Stilton with Apricot, Blue Stilton with Blueberry & Smoked Cheddar with Apple.
  • I've just watched X Factor and have to say that Diana really irks me. I'm going to go into work on Monday morning with my hair a big birds nest like hers and I guarantee I'll be sent home to sort it. Always makes me want to sit and scratch my hair when she's on.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

To complete the Diana look, make sure you keep you hand placed firmly next to your cheek at all times!! Oh, and yodel!

  • Hello people... it's Bowski here but I'm on my sisters laptop in and just left her logged in because I don't know my password.

Sunderland them cheeses sound delicious. I can't stop thinking about food and I'm not even hungry. I'm at my sisters babysitting and unfortunately I found her biscuit stash before  I don't think she'll be happy with me when she gets home from work. There's also some cheese scones in the kitchen...I'm trying my best to keep out of there

This laptop is driving me mad, it goes really slow and I'm not the most patient of people when it comes to slow running laptops  I was meant to bring my own but before we left the house DD was on the laptop and had earphones in it listening to music and the phone rang...she didn't think to take the earphones out before answering the phone...Resulting in the laptop falling off the sofa and ending up with a broken screen... :o

As for xfactor... It's only the 2nd time I've watched it...I'm loving Diana (her hair's fab!!) but tonite she didn't deserve to go through. I don't get what all the fuss is about JLS... they're carp! I think I want either Alex to win or that young lad, he's fantastic!!

As for the football I'm a Barrow AFC fan and can't wait for the draw for the FA cup tomorrow :j
  • I've got a thoughly evil hot chilli bubbling away in the slow cooker. (its got so many bird eye chillies in it may even refuse to freeze :D)

    Nice :D :snow_laug :o

    Hi Bowski

Well done on the footy front, although as an honorary Bee (my pal's a lifelong Brentford fan and has taken me to a few games) I'm officially displeased with you :p

And don't worry about the biscuits. Calories don't count when somebody else bought them

Oh dear. That usually means the laptop is a write off as a new screen is costs more than the laptop is worth. (unless you can claim for it on the insurance)

Otherwise, you might be able to find the same laptop being sold for spares or repair on ebay that still has a working screen & then get someone to swap them over for you . Failing that it should still work with an external monitor until you can afford to replace it.
  • Way hay!!! Good news, I got my car tyre fixed for nothing today - solely by buying the first Scottish person in the garage on St Andrews Day. So, puncture repaired, new valve and a winter check done for nothing solely because I sound like a Proclaimer. Woo hoo!!!
