Well.. im back from the circuit class... knackered now!!
can someone let me know if it is morning or night we should weigh ourselves? ta very muchley. hope all of you are having fun??
Don't know about anyone else, but I always do it first thing in the morning with nothing on - might as well be as light as possible I reckon
I'm going to weigh myself on Mondays to encourage me to be good at weekends. Let's see if it works!LBM February 2008. DFD March 2013 19 August 2011Debt at LBM £14,395.48. Debt Now £00 -
Evening everyone!!
I don't think it matter when you weigh yourself Yargo aslong as you do it the same time each week. What's circuit by the way? sounds way to energetic for my liking lol. Well done for going when you didn't really want to :T
eco..where you off to on holiday? Do you have room for a small one ??
RMR... I wouldn't say too much either, bet there's not too many guys who went on a date to the Zoo this weekend with Michelle lol Glad it went good for you
I'm having a 'loving being single' moment. Am totally loving not texting all day, not having to talk to someone and oh my god am I on the perv !! I love it haha! I do have a bit of a perv when i'm in a relationship but it's not the same is it.
I worked lastnite, was going to shave my legs for the occasion lol Decided against it and glad I did, there wasn't one fit guy in there!!! One bloke, don't know his age but he'd been married for almost 40 years said I was stunning ,bless him. I'm sure it was nothing to do with all the alcohol he'd consumed
Oh I lost 1lb this week :j Although I've done 6 gym sessions since last Thursday so would have like to have lost at least a stone!! In all honesty tho, I am pleased with 1lb off.At least its the right direction! I'm 1lb awaDy from being the lightest I've been in my adult life , well that I can remember anyways! So that's next weeks target for me.
Thats a shame bout you not losing Lula when you've been trying, but look on the bright side, you've not gained. I don't know why I';m saying that because when people say it to me when I've tried really hard ,maintaining just IS NOT acceptable I know, but if you carry on being good this week I am sure you'll have a loss next week. Do you find that your weight loss/gain seems to reflect the previous week? I don't know if anyone else does but I do. I've been dieting now for 9 years and it's always been the case with me.
Does anyone have any plans for the weekend? Apart from Yargo out and about in her FMB's and RMR off to meet her fella again!!!
I'm working on Saturday its extra so money will go towards DD's birthday next month.
I'm soooo tired. gonna grab myself an early night and get up bright and early in the morning, got a busy day tomorrow.

Well done on the weight loss Bowski:T :T :T love that feeling when all your hard work has paid off!
Lula, am also on a shiny new spending diet, so am hoping that spending less will mean I waste less on rubbish food. Not exactly a novel plan, more of a weekly one, but I'm not giving up. We will get there! I am planning to lose 2-3lbs this week as need to catch up, keep thinking Christmas is ages away, but it's creeping up and I have done badly so far:o Have fingers crossed that a rich man will sweep me off my feet in 2009, don't want him to put his back out.:DPay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
Hi, thanks for that guys, will stick to weigh ins in the morning.. Circuits is a large room where they put people in groups of two/three and then you spend between 2-4 mins doing each activity in an area before moving to the next one, jumping squats/skipping/bikes/weights ... nightmare! but sort of fun!!
Was glad i forced myself to go... working job 2 later so no chance today.. am having 2nd free personal trainer session tom night.
hope you all have a good day xDEBT FREE - MARCH 2012 - NOW JUST THE MORTGAGE!

Hey everyone & welcome to newcomers :hello:
Another NSD for me today, you know I'm actually excited about buying contact lens solution tomorrow just so I can go into a shop that isnt tesco or waitrosetragic.
Good plan sarah for 2 or 3 lb weight loss, I'll join you in that if you dont mind. I've had a stern word with myself & am doubly determined to lose weight & debt at a constant rate now. I found the payment a day challenge too hard to keep track of but making a payment every week means I actually look forward to monday now so I can make a paymentvery tragic.
Havent any exciting plans for the week end other than doing some cheap exercise (gardening / bike riding )
What I want to know is who the hell has my life ? I was meant to be driving around in a smart 2 seater, spending the summers in our villa in france & being taken out for gorgeous meals & bought fabulous clothes by my wonderfully sensitive yet strong & ruggedly handsome husband by now... being a low paid single parent living in rented accommodation & driving a banger & eating bloody vile baked beans & digging up potatoes was NOT in the life plan
*slopes off to be all alone & dejected*

Hello everyone..
Hi Linda, I have pm'd you....hope it makes sense !
Hi Jonny..welcome to the board. I've read your other thread, hope you manage to get sorted. You've come to the right site thats for sure!! It's quite addictive tho so be warned!
I'm looking after my niece and nephew tonite, it came as a bit of a suprise coz I thought I was looking after them for a couple of hours until I noticed their sleeping gear  Anyways as its turned out they've been absolute angels :A Normally they're a nitemare going to bed but they were fantastic and they look soooooooooooooooooooo cute asleep!! I love it when they're good, I could eat the bloody pair of them!! Not looking forward to the morning tho! How the heck do people manage with 3 children?? I know a woman who has 7 children and she's always at school before me !! She's amazing lol
I've paid one opf my debts off today... it was a social loan and overpayment I had when on benefits a couple of years ago. Been paying it at £80 a month since last year so phoned up and paid the last of what I owed £12.35
Since I started money saving seriously in August I've got rid of 3 debts, ok they were smallish but it all adds up doesnt it! but i'm now over £100 a month better off. Not going to benefit from it for a while like with it being the run up to xmas. Got DD's b'day next month and a night out in Wakefield. And then sometime between jan-mar i'm going to Dinseyland Paris and then in March I'm off to Benidorm. It's gonna be a tough few months me thinks!
I've been typing this post out for about an hour... people keep speaking to me on msn lol
GOt there in the end!!!

Hi, i agree with Lula someone else got my life plan and I'd like to know who, all I wanted and I swear I don't want a lot, is a boyfriend who I see a couple times a week, who can have a bit of a conversation, and a bit of sex, oh and to go out every once in a while, why is it so hard to find someone who fits that bill, but I seem to meet all the needy mummy's boys who want looking after, and I can't be bothered with those types.
Other than that it's Friday and I have the Friday feeling, I'm so excited.0
